By accessing or using ForgeProject (located at https://forgeproject.tech), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you should immediately cease use of our services.

2. Educational Purpose & Academic Integrity

ForgeProject is built specifically as an open educational resource to help engineering, computer science, and computer applications students learn software architecture, practice technical presentations, and prepare for academic viva-voce examinations.

3. Intellectual Property & Open-Source Licensing

The ForgeProject platform, brand elements, UI components, AI Viva Bot questions, and presentation viewer logic are maintained under the MIT License.

• Platform Code: The web platform source code is publicly accessible on GitHub at https://github.com/adityanegi-hu/project.in.
• Individual Projects: Projects listed in the repository adhere to standard open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, or BSD) or student fair-use contributions. Respective authors retain credit for their original research prototypes.
• Commercial Reselling: You may NOT package and sell project kits downloaded from ForgeProject on paid marketplace websites.

4. AI Viva Bot & Presentation Studio Tools

ForgeProject provides in-browser tools including the AI Customizer Studio, 10-Slide PPT Viewer, and Interactive Viva Defense Simulator.

These tools run client-side using JavaScript (ES6+) or lightweight API connections. While we strive to maintain the highest technical accuracy in simulated examiner questions and IEEE summaries, we make no guarantee that questions asked by the bot will reflect questions posed by your specific university faculty or examiners. Rehearsal scoring is indicative only.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

ForgeProject may link to external websites such as GitHub, college repositories, or developer documentation.

ForgeProject has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Please review their respective terms before engaging.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ForgeProject is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or bug-free at all times.
• Every external package or dependency in listed project codekits will install without system-specific setup on your local machine.
• Using materials from this portal guarantees passing grades, project approvals, or specific examination results.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ForgeProject, its maintainers, contributors, or affiliated educational bodies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our platform or project materials.

8. Changes to Terms & Contact

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of ForgeProject after any revisions implies agreement to the updated terms.
